Camping Rules For Pitches
Please respect the rules during your stay at les Marmottes.
Any occupant who is 18 year old or older will pay a tourist tax.
The reservation is strictly personal and can not be transferred to other people, except with agreement of the campsite requested before the arrival.
If the number of campers exceeds the capacity indicated in the contract and without prior agreement, the owner reserves the right to refuse additional campers depending on the pitch type and availability.
Pets are allowed under conditions, for pitches only.
ARRIVAL DAY: Arrivals registered before 12:30pm will be charged €10.
DEPARTURE DAY: The pitch must be vacated no later than 12pm. For any check-out after 12pm, an extra night will be charged.
The resident acknowledges having read the internal regulations.
General Conditions of Sale for Pitches
Please read the following conditions before booking your stay.
The booking is possible for a minimum of 5 nights in high season and 3 nights in low season.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT: Any booking request must be confirmed through the payment of a deposit corresponding to the reservation fee and 30% of the total amount of your stay. Upon receipt of the deposit, the campsite will send you a booking confirmation. The balance must be paid 30 days before the start of the stay, otherwise we reserve the right to consider your registration cancelled. For reservations made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, full payment is required at the time of booking.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: The client may request the modification of his stay (dates, type of pitch, pitch occupancy) on written request (mail or email) to the extent of availabilities and possibilities. In this case, no reduction of the amount of the initial reservation will be applied.
The cancellation of a reservation or the interruption of a stay for any reason will not trigger any refund, unless it is notified latest 15 days before the arrival day specified in the booking, in which case only the deposit will be kept.
If the pitch is not occupied by the client before 8pm on the arrival day specified in the booking and if the delay has not been notified by the client, the Management will dispose of the pitch.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE OR INTERRUPTION OF STAY: Our prices do not include cancellation insurance. Optional “Campez Couvert” insurance will be offered during your booking. It will be payable in addition to the rental at the same time as the deposit.

BY SIGNING THE RESERVATION FORM, THE CLIENT AKNOWLEDGES HAVING READ AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND THE INTERNAL REGULATIONS.
