Camping Rules For Rentals
Please respect the rules during your stay at les Marmottes.
Any lodging gives place to the payment of the tourist tax, for any person of 18 years and more.
The reservation is strictly personal and can not be transferred to other people, except agreement of the renter, asked before the arrival of the occupants.
The tenant will have to provide a certificate of insurance concerning his Civil Responsibility Private Life.
On your arrival, you will be asked (see details here) :
- a deposit for equipment of € 200, for chalets and mobile homes and € 100 for the mazot and pods.
- a cleaning deposit of 60 € for chalets and mobile homes and 30 € for pods and mazot.
If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity indicated in the contract and without prior agreement, the owner reserves the right to refuse the additional tenants or to break the contract or receive a surcharge. It is not possible to add a tent to a rental accommodation.
It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartments.
Pets are not allowed in the rentals.
THE DAY OF DEPARTURE :The rental accommodation must be vacated no later than 10:00. An inventory will be made on day of departure. The deposit will be refunded if no damage was found. If the rental is not returned clean, the cleaning deposit will be cashed by the campsite.
The resident acknowledges having read the rules of procedure.
General Conditions of Sale for Rentals
COVID19 SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Between May 15 and May 29, book safely:
Reservations will be recorded without payment of the deposit, you only pay the € 10 administration fee (non-refundable).
For the call for full payment for your stay, we will advise according to the progress of the deconfinement and the new measures decided by the government.
If you have paid for your stay and your country is once again confined, you will be reimbursed the full amount of your payment, excluding booking and insurance costs.
Please read the following conditions before book your stay.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT: Any booking request must be accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay and the registration fees. Upon receipt of the deposit, the campsite will send you a booking confirmation. The balance must be paid 30 days before the start of the stay, otherwise we reserve the right to consider your registration canceled. For reservations made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, full payment is required at the time of booking.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: The client may request the modification of his stay (dates, type of accommodation) on written request (mail or email) to the extent of availability and possibilities. In this case, no reduction of the amount of the initial reservation will be applied.
The cancellation of a reservation or the interruption of a stay for any reason, will not give rise to any refund.
If the rental is not occupied by the reservation, 24h after the date scheduled for the start of the stay and if the delay has not been reported, the Management will dispose of the rental.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE OR INTERRUPTION OF STAY: Our prices do not include cancellation insurance. Optional “Campez Couvert” insurance will be offered during your booking. It will be payable in addition to the rental at the same time as the deposit.

BY SIGNING THE RESERVATION FORM, THE RESERVE RECOGNIZED TO HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE TERMS OF SALE AND THE INTERNAL RULES AND ACCEPTED THEM. THE DISPUTES THAT WOULD NOT BE RESOLVED AT THE AMIABLE, WILL BE SUBMITTED TO A MEDIATOR (MEDICYS, 73 Boulevard de Clichy 75009 Paris / www.medicys.fr / firstname.lastname@example.org).
